1. Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may request cancellation by contacting support. If approved, we’ll refund the amount (after deducting applicable gateway charges if any).
  • After Dispatch: Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns / Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of many items, returns are generally not accepted.
  • However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or quality-compromised item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

3. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds (for pre-dispatch cancellations or approved issues) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Bank processing times may vary.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer.
  • Unreachable customer or delivery attempts exhausted.
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, festivals, strikes, etc.).
  • Customer fails to raise complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
